What is it?
Christmas D'Lights is a holiday community affair
During this festive and wondrous time of the year, the Traditions of Braselton Welcome & Hospitality Committee makes their drive to collect new socks, coats, and care packages for children in need within Jackson County and elsewhere.
Additionally, the Welcome & Hospitality Committee encourages the community to light up the holiday season by adorning their properties with dazzling Christmas lights.
The sock drive and Christmas D'Lights event culminates with an evening filled with crafts for kids, s'mores and marshmallow roasting, Christmas carolers, character visits, photo booth, face painting, food truck, video gaming truck and more.

Selfless acts of kindness at work in Traditions
Inspired by the Welcome & Hospitality Committee, Traditions was able to provide socks, coats, and dental hygiene care packs to children in need.
The number of donors and providers who offered their services for free to help support this effort is commendable.

The event is a done deal. Planning is taking place for Christmas D'Lights 2023.

This year we received outstanding support from the HOA, Local Dental practices, and most importantly the Traditions residents.

According to Bombas, socks are the number one requested donation item.
Goal
To bring some holiday cheer to the neighborhood and to make another person's life just a little better, a little brighter, and a little warmer than before.
